NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Members are hereby given notice that the Inaugural Annual General Meeting of END FM Incorporated will be held as follows:

Venue: Deniliquin Council Chamber, Deniliquin Town Hall, Cressey Street Deniliquin

- Chairs report
- Treasurer’s report and presentation of financial statements
- Special Resolution
Members are advised that the following special resolutions will be put to the meeting. In accordance with the Constitution, the Special Resolution seeks to amend the Constitution to update and clarify the rules governing the Association membership.
- Election of office bearers and ordinary committee members
- General business
- Close of meeting
NOTE: A special resolution requires approval by at least 75% of members present and eligible to vote at the meeting.
